With this in mind, they are currently looking to recruit a Shop Manager to lead on the delivery and achievement of the strategic business plan for the Coffee Shop based at their Head Office in Cheadle Hulme. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a successful background in catering, to really take the lead on the research, development and implementation of the products and services which the Coffee Shop provides, including pricing policies.
Essentially, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the Coffee Shop including customer service, financial performance, facilities and stock and for developing the Coffee Shop brand which translates into the shop becoming a destination venue.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who can demonstrate creativity and original thinking and a real passion for food and customer service. With a background of providing inspirational leadership in the hospitality industry and experience of developing and implementing a food and beverage range, you must hold an intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and be comfortable working within a commercially orientated, fast paced and sales orientated business.
Experience in the management of a retail location, ideally a coffee shop or similar, is essential.
