Assistant Front of House Manager (Hotel, Apartment)
Our Client has a new exciting opportunity for an Assistant Front of House Manager to join their customer focussed team where you will work with the Front of House Manager and General Manager to create and shape the culture and future of their front desk team at their Aparthotel.
Driving the business whilst training and inspiring your team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable service. With the reception team reporting in to you directly, you will ensure your team provides excellent customer service at every stage of the guest journey.
They are looking for someone who has recent hospitality experience within a managerial or supervisory role. A hands on leader who is guest focussed, you will be comfortable to make decisions in your manager’s absence and will have the ability to think outside the box.
Given the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible with your working hours and as per business needs, you will be required to 5 / 7 which includes working weekends.
