The One Group are currently working exclusively with a friendly and enthusiastic Hotel and Spa based in Kettering. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has Office management experience preferably in the Hotel industry and is keen to join an established company on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract as an Office manager.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience managing in the hotel industry or busy events office such as a senior coordinator/office manager role. They must be flexible with working hours also using in house systems such as Delphi, Opera, Ex Runner and restaurant booking systems.
The key responsibilities are to manage team schedules, recruitment for the office function, train the team on non-system skills , Manage day to day activity of taking event bookings, Understand and enforce the agreed the companies sales strategies and to undertake KPI reporting to the agreed company standard.
