Head of Building Consultancy (m/f)

The company is an award winning Property and Construction Consultancy based in Leeds.

The new Head of Building Consultancy will head up an energetic and expanding team of Surveyors located in a large open-plan, state of the art office. This is a role with a focus towards technical Building Surveying work and Project Delivery as appose to Business Development. You will also have a large impact in the development of APC candidates and more junior members of the team.

• This is a role ideal for a current Head of Building Consultancy whose career development may be capped or for an Experienced Building Surveyor/ Associate Director ready to take the next step up.
  
• 5+ years Private Practice/ Consultancy Building Surveying experience
• MRICS
• MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
• Experience in running teams
• Experience in dealing with both Project and Professional Building Surveying matters
• Committed to career progression
• Strong communication skills
• Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
