Commercial Lawyer (IT/Data Protection)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven commercial lawyer to join a growing team within an international law firm.
Our client's commercial team represents an enviable list of FTSE 250 clients on a rich and varied range of matters including high-profile, business-critical transactions and regulatory matters.
The team is comprised of experts in IT, IP, Data Protection and competition and they are looking to expand by adding a new member to the group.
This is a varied role in which the successful candidate will work on a wide spectrum of matters including negotiating large outsourcing deals, drafting supply contracts etc. The client base touches numerous sectors including chemicals, manufacturing, telecoms, retail and financial institutions.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of experience in commercial contracts, IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing arrangements, internet and eCommerce issues and/or data protection
