The Role: As a Sales Trainer, you will provide support with the delivery of AgriBriefing's strategic objectives by creating and taking the lead role in delivering the sales training strategy.

The Role: As a Sales Trainer, you will provide support with the delivery of AgriBriefing's strategic objectives by creating and taking the lead role in delivering the sales training strategy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing skill gap to create and deliver an effective sales training programme
- Design, plan and deliver the induction programme for new joiners
- Provide on-going coaching, support and knowledge to the sales teams to enable them to sell across all platforms/channels to market
- In conjunction with the relevant sales managers, devise a personal development plan for each member of the sales team
- Ensure the product/technical knowledge of the sales teams is up to date to ensure teams are equipped to sell effectively
- To work closely with Sales, Marketing, Tech, Events, Content, HR and Production leaders to develop creative, professional and relevant sales toolkits
- Work with project team to accelerate performance improvement through the Sales Effectiveness Programme
- Analyse and interpret management information to identify trends at group, team or individual level and create interventions to support optimum performance
- Maintain a complete database of staff training
- Provide support for new business initiatives that require training input
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales background with track record of successful sales career to date
- Three to four years learning and development experience gained in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Advanced digital knowledge
- Knowledge of sales/CRM systems and how to maximise results
- Previous experience working within a digital and or media environment
