Their online products are going from strength to strength and we need to expand the team to continue developing and to introduce new products and services.
Who They Need:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to make an impact who can work within a small team on a diverse range of marketing projects. You must be keen, creative, show initiative, and work well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Your job will be to market and support their products and services using both online and traditional channels whilst also being the main point of contact for customers of their online services.
Your main duties will be:
1. Researching and creating marketing campaigns to promote the business using both printed and digital media.
2. Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and online direct chat systems.
3. Assisting in other areas of the business as and when necessary.
What Skills and Experience You Need:
You must be familiar with and have experience with online platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn.
You must be confident talking to people on the telephone in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, and have the ability to work independently with direction from the business development team.
