JOB TITLE: Bar and Restaurant staff

THE COMPANY: The Mill is a modern-day Inn,and a walker / nature lovers paradise.
They serve locally sourced Lancashire food, and hand pull ales from the Bowland Breweryand have 21 en-suite bedrooms, most enjoying panoramic countryside views.
They are currently looking for someone to join them as Bar and Restaurant staff
THE ROLE: Working in the Bar and Restaurant you will be dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
THE CANDIDATE: As Bar and Restaurant staff you will need to have a professional and friendly approach and work to a high standard in all aspects of your work. Due to the location of the role in Conder Green near Lancaster you will need your own transport to get to and from work.
Key experience essential for the Bar and Restaurant staff role:
• Have driving licence / access to own transport
• Live within a commutable distance of Conder Green, Lancaster
• Previous experience advantageous but not essential
• Good level of verbal English
