£25,998 - £29,965 per annum

Maternity cover for up to 12 months

Full Time, 37 hours per week

We are looking for an inspirational leader to oversee high standards of support. Quality of life is our focus and we want someone who will work alongside the tenants and staff team to build upon what's already been achieved.


You'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence
  • The ability to provide support and guidance to Quality Supervisors and Support Workers
  • Flexibility
  • Strong organisational skills


The role is predominantly office-based but the successful candidate will be required to work some shifts including weekends, bank holidays, waking nights and sleep-ins, for which a generous separate allowance will be paid.
