Property Manager

We're a Modern, Forward Thinking Lettings Agency and due to expanding our portfolio of properties we're looking for a Property Manager who can hit the ground running.

Based in New Malden we're established and busy! Our experienced team combined has over 100 years experience but don't think that makes us old and stuffy. It's a vibrant environment here with a great multicultural mix and friendly approach in the office.

Your new job can be worked either Part or Full Time, If you fit the role and the role fits you we can be flexible on setting your contracted hours.

Experience with Lettings Admin could be a help but Property Management is where the fun is. We mainly work on Mid Market Residential properties around the South West London bordering Surrey area. Want you to be proactive with our properties building relationships with tenants and landlords alike and make sure everything is tip-top and running smoothly.

No weekends in this job! Office hours are 9-6pm Monday to Friday.

If you've done Property Management before and think you can fit into our way of life than we want to hear from you.

We do want a driver and somebody familiar with the local area would be a great bonus too.
