The leading solar & renewables company in Bristol are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to undertake a range of duties in our busy office in Backwell.
The successful candidate will be an experienced office clerical worker or an enthusiastic newcomer, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident and polite on the phone, possess a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage, and a willingness to give excellent customer service.
This is a new role which will develop over time, but will include dealing with telephone and email enquiries, logging enquiries onto our CRM system, registering installed systems onto appropriate portals, organising meetings and open days, filing and archiving, and a range of other administrative and housekeeping duties.
