This is a leisure and entertainment complex, including tenpin bowling and a large soft play area, that also boasts a large Grill Bar Restaurant on the ground floor, the Deck Restaurant on the first floor, with a meeting room for 30 people and a prestigious function suite on the second floor that accommodates weddings, conferences and events for up to 250 people.

They are now seeking a Sous Chef to join their dynamic organisation at a time of exciting change and growth. You will assist in the running of the kitchen and allied areas, producing food throughout the facility in accordance with operational and statutory requirements, striving to deliver the highest level of customer and staff satisfaction.

Your hours of work will be flexible, working 45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Key requirements for the role;

- Minimum 1 year professional chef experience in a similar environment
- Level 2 Food Safety
- BTEC or NVQ level 2 equivalent in Hospitality Management or professional cookery
- Experience in stock control
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
