As the Registered Nurse Service Manager you will make a difference every day taking overall responsibility for the home promoting high standards of care in line with our regulatory bodies. As Service manager you are required to manage both the people and resources to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. Your extensive mangement experience, communication and interpersonal skills are key features of the role and will involve activities such as coaching, counselling with residents, their families and local external partners
Our client is a three tiered rehab focused home for around 30 people aged over 18 for individuals with mental health diagnosis. Situated in the residential area of Riddrie, Glasgow with easily accessible routes to services in the city centre we are an active part of the community.
The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus other great benefits.
As the Registered Nurse Service Manager you must be able to adapt your approach to the target audience ie residents, employees, commissioners, referrers. Your detailed knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with mental health is essential.3
