An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our approach to Strategic Asset Management and stock reinvestment.  You will also be responsible for providing assurance that our statutory compliance responsibilities are met.

You will have experience of working in the housing industry as an Asset professional at both strategic and operational levels, have a relevant professional qualification (e.g RICS, MCIOB or MCABE) and have experience of managing budgets, financial cost modelling and life cycle costings.  You will also have detailed knowledge of the UK and EU statutory and regulatory frameworks relating to compliance and contract management and an understanding of the issues currently facing the housing sector.
