As a Care Assistant you will support our residents to get the most out of life! The Village community makes this a unique and fulfilling role, with no travelling between calls.

Reporting into a Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: providing personal care to residents, promoting the physical, emotional and wellbeing of all residents and encouraging each resident to be as independent as possible in all aspects of living. The role is varied and could include facilitating community access and Village activities for residents, supporting them with day to day tasks, personal care and household help.

You will work closely with our client’s staff team, including dementia and wellbeing specialists, family, friends and volunteers to support the general wellbeing of residents.

We are welcoming applications from candidates educated to NVQ Level 2 or QCF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or above) with experience of working in a similar role. You will be an excellent team player who is enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude and someone who wants to make a real difference to people's lives.
