They are seeking a Quality and Compliance administrator to provide additional resource within their small Quality Assurance and Compliance team. The candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager and be responsible for a range of activities including:

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting with the implementation and day to day operation of a corporate management system to ensure compliance with customs requirements
- Assisting with the implementation and day to day operation of a corporate management system that ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Providing support where required for the three Quality Management systems in place within the company including internal auditing
- Providing cover other elements maintained by the Quality and Compliance department including processing orders for Test methods from members and clients, supply controlled documentation internally to meet UKAS requirements;
- To track and assist with the progressing of new/revised test methods:
- Provide support for the document control system (M files)

The successful candidate will be a patient, self-motivated, methodical person, with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work independently. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a very high level of competency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience of producing documents in accordance with an internal Quality Management System. Experience with working with customs regulations and the GDPR would be a distinct advantage.
