Employer Relationship Manager (Sales)
Our Client is a leading employment support and training services company, helping people to transform their lives and businesses through work, training, education and financial advice. They help people move into work by enabling them to gain the skills they need to make them employable, providing them with real work experience or helping them onto a traineeship or apprenticeship.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Relationship Manager to join them where you will be based from Elephant and Castle, but will cover London, South East and Thames Valley.
Within the role you will account manage a range of employers in line with their customer management procedure. Building relationships with local employers and identifying skills shortages to support training delivery, you will identify and secure vacancies, work placement and Apprenticeship opportunities for their 25+ customers. Travelling to meet employers and cold calling are key elements to the role, as is achieving set targets,
They are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate success in building and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers, maximising business opportunities. With previous experience in meeting and exceeding targets within a sales role, you will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has excellent communication skills.
Highly developed customer service skills are important, as is having a knowledge of the local and regional labour market. With high levels of time management and a planning ability, you will be a team player and will be able to travel to various locations.
