We require an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of business ethos in the school, providing professional leadership and management of the fi nance function and support staff. Candidates must have a good understanding of school frameworks and funding, an excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting and strategic long-term planning and excellent communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be highly experienced in school fi nance, health and safety good practice, leading and developing a team of staff and managing change.
