Description
Working as a member of LA Internationals busy and growing finance function at its head office in Stoke on Trent, reporting to a Credit Controller, you will have responsibility for bank receipt allocations, the weekly generation, verification and submission of invoices to UK and International clients through various client systems and processes, the resolution of invoice queries and the provision of ongoing support to the Credit Controllers as required.

BASIC WORKING HOURS: - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Working as a Credit Control and Invoicing Administrator you will need to demonstrate:

Sales Ledger experience including bank receipt allocations and reconciliations
Experience in the raising of invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
Strong organisation skills
Ability to investigate and resolve issues
Ability to reconcile accounts and invoices
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals internally and externally clearly and concisely
Good IT skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work to high levels of accuracy
