Description
Working as a member of LA Internationals busy and growing finance function at its head office in Stoke on Trent, reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, you will have responsibility for a sales ledger covering a number of LA Internationals core operating Divisions, chasing LA Internationals outstanding corporate debt across a range of Public and Private sector clients to ensure cash collection targets are achieved, in addition to working with the invoicing team to ensure all invoices are submitted to the relevant clients correctly through various client systems and processes, dealing with client queries to ensure a satisfactory outcome on all matters.

BASIC WORKING HOURS: - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Working as a Credit Control and Invoicing Administrator you will need to demonstrate:

Proven credit control experience
Sales Ledger experience including bank receipt allocations and reconciliations
Strong organisation skills
Ability to investigate and resolve issues
Ability to reconcile accounts and invoices
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals internally and externally clearly and concisely
Good IT skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work to high levels of accuracy
