Corporate Legal Secretary
Our client is a city centre legal firm who are a very well established organisation.
They are now looking for an experienced secretary to join their Corporate team.
They require someone with vast experience in document production such as formatting, numbering and track changes as the documents are complex and lengthy and ideally experience in a corporate team but not massively an issue if not. Their big hand dictation system will be used in the corporate team as well as the case management system.
The role is to take over from a long standing member of the support team so someone who is able to work to deadlines and as a team is important. The secretary would be working to one partner in particular but will also receive work from other members in the team as this is quite a senior team
Previous legal secretarial experience is essential within a corporate environment and used to dealing with Partners at all levels. Good copy and audio skills are also important
Salary 22 - 23k depending on experience
