A family run, fresh food venue in between the East Devon and the West Dorset Heritage Coast are looking for 2 Sous Chefs to join their expanding kitchen team!
This is a permanent role working 5 days out of 7; in return you will receive a competitive salary.
You'll be a passionate leader, a dedicated catering professional and no stranger to long days, high-pressure service and consistent quality - you'll lead by example, maintaining our client's delivery of exciting, honest, locally sourced food while tutoring junior members of the team.
You'll have a keen eye for detail and be confident in every aspect of kitchen management and cooking - from plating and detail, to prepping, stock rotation and HACCP law. With forward thinking ownership, the management is offering development opportunities and the chance to step up the ranks.
The venue itself is undergoing an extension, so you'll be a quick learner and be part of a team looking to establish itself further as a premium regional destination for great food.
The stunning 16th-century coaching house, near Axminster and Lyme Regis, is right on the doorstep of the Jurassic Coast. Expect buzzing summer days, cosy winter nights and consistent volume throughout the year.
If this sounds like the role for you, apply below or call Jack on (Apply online only) for more information.
