Search Consultancy Ltd is currently working with a Greater Manchester based housing association and we currently have vacancies for Housing Officers. These positions are on a contract basis starting as soon as possible.
Main Purpose of Post:
To ensure that tenants are supported to sustain their tenancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Void management
• Viewings and sign ups
• First point of contact for estate management issues
• Tenancy visits
• Tenancy sustainment support
• Rent arrears
• Estate inspections
• Dealing with anti-social behaviour
• Multi agency working
Key Requirements:
• Housing management experience
• Knowledge of housing practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to drive and use of a vehicle
