OHMEGA are recruiting an Administration Support Assistant to join their dynamic and driven team based in Leeds; close to J27 of the M62.
OHMEGA are a specialist company in the construction industry undergoing a period of growth, therefore, offering an excellent opportunity within a fast-paced organisation.
As the Administrative Support Assistant, your duties will include:
- General, day-to-day administration.
- Issuing New Starter Packs and Maintaining Training Logs.
- Dealing with communications from clients and contractors.
- Working and supporting internal departments including Senior Management.
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced working in an office environment.
- A superb communicator; both verbally and written.
- Able to prioritise, particularly at busy periods.
- A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
- Confident at monitoring and dealing with their own workload independently.
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths & English.
