Fund Accountant - Asset Management
London
£350 per day
I am working closely with an Asset manager who are looking to employ a fund accountant who will sit within their finance function in the heart of the City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of the monthly trail balances. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and report directly into the team leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of trial balances (initial set up).
- IFRS trail balance experience.
- Internal stakeholder management skills.
- Monthly data checks.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Asset Management industry experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
