Customer services Representative – Origin Coffee Ltd

Aim:

We’re looking to employ an experienced customer service professional with a passion and interest in specialty coffee. Experience in the specialty coffee industry would be an advantage. The role includes processing telephone orders, improving customer support and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will have impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail, a positive and energetic personality and the ability to work well within a small team.

 A love of coffee and desire to learn more about the specialty coffee industry is essential.

Requirements

• Daily outbound sales calls to existing customers, taking through and processing orders and generating invoices.
• Telesales account management for existing customers to maintain customer retention levels, manage expectations and build relationships.
• Discussing and advising on guest and feature coffees with customers.
• Liaising with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and processed correctly for next day delivery through couriers.
• Inbound calls and order processing.
• General phone support for office.
• To support front of house reception area, welcoming walk-in customers and dealing with their enquiries.
