Brook Street Coventry is recruiting on behalf on an agricultural organisation for a recruitment coordinator to join their busy HR team on a 6 week assignment based near the Kenilworth area.
They are looking for someone who is highly organised, experienced working to strict deadlines, able to work in a pressurised environment and has excellent communication skills. Whilst previous recruitment experience is not essential, it will be highly advantageous.
Main duties of this role are;
" Supporting recruitment manager in all recruitment activity
" Overseeing all administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process
" Ensuring the CRM system and trackers is kept up to date by constantly updating information
" Conducting reference checks on new starters
" Supporting interviews for lower grade roles
Working hours are 09-17 Monday to Thursday with a 16 finish on a Friday, the hourly rate will be £12/h.
