IT TECHNICIAN – (School)
Our client is an independent Boarding and Day School for pupils aged 11 – 18, set in a rural location near Turners Hill.
They seek to appoint an IT technician to be responsible for first line network support. The successful candidate will like technical challenges and enjoy helping and working with pupils.
A knowledge of Microsoft and Apple systems with an understanding of fault diagnosis technique is desirable.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role to act as part of the first line support team; managing issues and supporting staff and pupils.
Hours of work are 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, plus every other Saturday in term-time 8am to 12pm (17 a year), with time in lieu. Salary range: £19,000 - £22,000 dependent on skills and experience.
