Programming programming setting and operating, Hurco, Heidenhain and Mazak controls, using Hypermil by Open Mind Cad Cam
Our Client is a growing, successful company that specialises in the Be Spoke manufacture of high precision milled parts for customers which include a number of blue chip companies mainly in the Automotive & MOD Industry,

Senior CAD CAM Programmer
General Description
A time-served senior CAD CAM engineer to
Responsible to: Works Director
?? Has experience of online programming, preferably using FANUC controllers. Some experience of offline programming, using any software package, an advantage;
?? Has an advanced ability in 5 Axis Offline Programming
Personal Characteristics
Senior Leadership Skills
?? Good engineer with well-rounded knowledge, who has served a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent;
?? Keeps themselves abreast of developments in the field of engineering;
?? Has experience of online programming, preferably using FANUC controllers. Some experience of offline programming, using any software package, an advantage;
?? Has an advanced ability in 5 Axis Offline Programming
?? Understands and can demonstrate the requirement for high quality work;
?? Flexible in their approach to work to meet tight deadlines;
?? Can read engineering drawings and understands tolerance;
?? Ability to discuss concerns and issues in an appropriate manner, listening to issues but also being firm when required;
?? Be flexible with regard to shift patterns.
