Child Care Support Worker

This is a fantastic opportunity to work and support Children who have been placed into care in Brighton and Hove. You will be working as a Child Care Worker in a well established group of Residential Therapeutic Children's Homes. You will be enhancing their daily lives and helping them to reach their potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable care provider whose services support young females and males, between the ages of 12- 18 years of age. These young people have emotional and behavioural difficulties, and will need support to progress in their lives to become successful, confident adults.

You will gain knowledge, training, skills and experiential learning necessary to become a Therapeutic Carer.

You will need a good Knowledge and a working understanding of good child care practice and healthy child development is essential. You will need to have an insight into the needs of children and young people living in the care system.
