We’re now looking for a Business Readiness Analyst to join us and support effective project and service delivery outcomes through the management of operational change control processes.

Within the role, you will oversee the creation and development of training, release notes and support documentation to established quality standards and lead and develop user acceptance testing processes and approaches for key business systems. Creating both technical and non-technical documentation for use by IT and users throughout the business, you will manage documentation requirements for the internal products produced by the Mears IT team, defining and maintaining consistent design and style guides for all documentation produced.

We’re looking for a strong team player who is pro-active and flexible with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. With good analytical and problem-solving skills, you will have a keen eye for detail, checking and challenging information provided and be able to present ideas in a user friendly language. This role also requires someone who has excellent documentation / technical authorising skills and who is able to communicate well across multiple levels.

Experience of working in an IT / software delivery environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project and Visio software and tools.
