We are currently recruiting talented residential Support Workers to join a vibrant staff team. This role is based in Seaford, East Sussex and you will be supporting Children aged 7-17 with Learning Disabilities.
You will be joining a highly reputable charity that support young people in residential homes and help to develop their aspirations and opportunities preparing them for the future.
As a Residential Support Worker you will work as part of a successful team empowering young people to reach their full potential in every aspect of their lives. You will enable young people in making their own choices and decisions to the maximum of their capability and ensure their needs and wishes are fully considered. In this rewarding role you will work with the children both in the residential houses and out in the community.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working with children/young people and have experience working in health and social care. A NVQ 3 is desirable but not essential. A driving licence would also be preferred.
