I am currently recruiting on behalf of a security company based in Cradley Heath for a Sales Administrator.
The purpose of your role is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales team with daily administration activities. You will need to be self-motivated and be able to self manage using your own initiative.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
" Process new sales orders
" Assist in processing invoices for new sales orders
" Checking prices and contracts are up to date
" Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team and senior management
" Supporting the sales team with general operations
" Taking phone calls from customers
" Communicating internally important feedback from customers
" Dealing and responding to a high volume of emails
To be considered for this role you must have experience within sales support and knowledge of using Sage.
In addition, you must have:
" Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects at one time
" Ability to prioritize own workload
" Strong communication skills
" Competent in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Excel and Word and CRM systems
Salary offered: £16,000-£20,000 depending on experience
