Role: Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Salary: £17,500 - £19,500 depending on experience.

 

Due to relocation from Mansfield to Alfreton, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic company in the Alfreton Area. To the successful candidate, this position will prove rewarding, provide a sense of job satisfaction, and present an exciting challenge.

We are keen to fill the Customer Service Coordinator vacancy as soon as possible and, until we are established at the new facility, there may be initial travel between both sites. If this is the case a petrol allowance may be applicable.

This is a full- time role working 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am-4pm Friday. However flexibility may sometimes be required,

The Company:

We are a small team and an established provider of products to the Biomedical industry. We supply a range of specialised goods throughout the UK and Europe and our customers have very specific product and packaging requirements.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to join our team and at this exciting stage of expansion.

 

Customer Service Coordinator Main Duties:

  • Process accurate sales orders on SAGE 50
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts
  • Track and trace pick up and deliveries.
  • Ensure customers are updated and kept informed where ever necessary.
  • Obtain and send delivery information to customers
  • Efficient upkeep of customer records
  • Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle pre and post sales service functions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate correct pricing information.
  • Determining appropriate cost-effective shipping methods
  • Work alongside the special product request team to support fulfilment of non-standard order

 

Customer Service Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in dealing with customers over the telephone with an excellent telephone manner, being able to build up relationships with customers.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate experience of delivering a solution -based service to customers.
  • A positive outlook and an ability to work under pressure if necessary
  • Possess high levels of Data manipulation
  • Experience processing of sales orders & dispatch notes 
  • Have experience using Sage Line 50
  • Excellent  verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Literate with an excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Team worker
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Flexible approach to work and the ability to work independently when required
  • All other duties as and when requested to do so
