£30,605 - £33,880 per annum
Full Time (35 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury / Accounting professional to join NCHA to provide comprehensive support to the Finance Manager (Treasury and Regulation) in meeting our financial regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for overseeing the cash management system and cash flow reports for the Group. You will administer all processes in relation to the treasury management cycle, this will include assisting in servicing lender information requirements, raising new loan finance, securing and release of properties underpinning loan finance as well as maintaining the schedule of assets. Within this diverse role you will also get the opportunity to assist with the preparation of the financial business plans for the Group as well as providing a reporting function for the the Senior and Executive Management teams.
To be successful in this role you will have a high level of accounting knowledge evidenced through either professional qualification, relevant work experience or both. As such you will be able to demonstrate proficiency in retrieving, manipulating and analysing complex data accurately and utilising it to inform decision making. You will be skilled in using MS spreadsheets, databases and other computerised accounts and will be adept at working well to strict deadlines.
