About the role and you
Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an Area Relief Manager based in Southport, Merseyside.
This is an extremely varied position, providing relief cover on a portfolio of developments, pre-opening training for new House Managers, focusing on customer service and satisfaction scores, whilst also providing support to the Area Manager.
This role is also responsible for the training and development of the House Manager population in the use of Qube (our property management system).
Our client is looking for someone who is first and foremost flexible, being happy to travel extensively across the patch and prepared to stay overnight as and when required.
You will be self-motivated and self-disciplined. You will have the ability to manage your time and juggle conflicting demands effectively, as well as have the ability to build instant rapport with people and effectively handle a range of different situations that can arise at any time.
You must also have a natural aptitude for IT and a desire to develop and train people.
Whilst no specific qualifications are required, experience of a House Manager or similar would be advantageous, along with an all-round knowledge of Residential Property Management, Health & Safety and Customer Service.
A good level of IT skills is essential; particularly experience of using IT applications and databases as you be the ‘Super User' within your patch for our clients property management system Qube.
Salary and Hours of Work
£23,575.00 per annum for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
