£23,710 per annum

Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.

We are seeking two Temporary Accommodation Co-ordinators to work in the Housing Directorate managing temporary homeless accommodation properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and pro-active individual to be part of a new project for CHP that has built a reputation for successfully managing affordable housing throughout Essex.

You will provide a high-quality, customer-focused managing agent service, managing their tenancies and carring out monthly property inspections. You will have excellent communication skills that enable you to build relationships with residents to enable them to sustain future tenancies.

You will need the use of your own car with business use insurance and be willing to travel across Essex, ensuring we give the best possible customer service to residents whilst ensuring CHP’s interests are proactively managed. A business mileage rate for duties relating to CHP business will be applied.
