Job Title: Care Support Worker/ Driver
Wage: £8 per hour
Location: Croydon
Hours: Minimum of 37 - All shifts (early, late, nights & sleep ins)

This company provides services for people with learning difficulties and associated mental health problems.

The Role:

As a Support Worker you will be providing a combination of support and personal / domestic care (including cooking) whilst ensuring the privacy and dignity of each person.

You recognise the support worker role is to help service users to maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

You will have had some previous care experience in the UK and will hold at least an NVQ/ Diploma 2 in Health and Social Care.

Experience and willingness to work with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.

The Support Worker must understand the sensitivities of working with people with learning disabilities and associated mental health problems.

You must also be willing to work weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Should you hold a full UK driving license and be willing to drive the company's vehicles. Your starting pay would be £8 per hour.
