Salary £31,667 to £36,027 per annum

Permanent, 37 hours per week

Work Pattern: Between 08.00 and 19.00 Monday to Friday & Saturday AM

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Work Planner to join our team based in Coventry. Reporting to the Assistant Director - HomeWorks, the post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of a small team of work planners using our Dynamic Resource Scheduling solution, ensuring that resources are assigned effectively and that key performance indicators are met. 

The successful candidate will have proven supervisory experience of electronic work planning in a customer orientated environment as well as experience of performing employee appraisals and using performance monitoring systems.  You will be able to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise your own workload and that of the planning team. A good level of IT literacy including experience of using a variety of computer packages such as databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
