Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.
They are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Analyst / System Administrator for a position which plays a key role in the support and ongoing development of their new Housing Management Systems (Cx). The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and dynamic support team responsible for delivering new Housing Management systems and transformational business change to the Association.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a customer-focused individual, with a background in a super user / system support role, preferably within a social housing setting.
Although preferable, the above experience is not essential and they would also welcome applications from candidates from a variety of backgrounds that can demonstrate an understanding of systems administration and support, business processes and implementing change though relevant work experience / qualification.

The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience working in a Housing environment, however this is not essential for the right individual.
