Temporary post – 9 to 12 months (maternity leave cover)
Full Time (35 hours per week)

Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live.  They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.  
They are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Analyst / System Administrator for a position which plays a key role in the support and ongoing development of their new Housing Management Systems (Cx).  The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and dynamic support team responsible for delivering new Housing Management systems and transformational business change to the Association.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a customer-focused individual, with a background in a super user / system support role, preferably within a social housing setting.
Although preferable, the above experience is not essential and they would also welcome applications from candidates from a variety of backgrounds that can demonstrate an understanding of systems administration and support, business processes and implementing change though relevant work experience / qualification.
The main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support for their core business systems, primarily the Housing Management System (Cx)
  • Working with staff and teams across the Association to enable process changes to be implemented in their business systems in a professional and timely manner
  • Being a Champion for ICT, digital working and mobile technology across the Association
  • Participating in evaluating and testing new technology and system upgrades with other members of the ICT Team and stakeholders across the Association
  • Working with staff and teams across the Association to ensure the benefits from new technologies, systems and business processes are fully realised
    The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience working in a Housing environment, however this is not essential for the right individual.
