Production Leader (Manufacturing, Supervisor)

Our Client is a leader in the European textile service industry and delivers a complete textile rental and laundry service to all types of activities. Working across four business lines – Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear and Facility, they work with thousands of organisations all over Europe.

They have an excellent opportunity for a Production Leader to join their team at their new site based in Inchinnan where you will lead the production team and will be responsible for the daily production planning.

Within the role you will be responsible for quality control, continuous improvement and production targets. Managing staff targets and KPI’s, you will monitor and manage maintenance plans, identify wastes maintain process flow and will be responsible for performance development plans and production input / output. 

They are looking for someone who has proven production leadership skills and can manage multiple production operators within a fast paced production facility. Superior communication skills are important and a background knowledge in CI is preferable.

Experience of working within production facilities which cater for the Laundry, Hospitality or Food industries is an advantage but is not essential.
