Estates Surveyor
We are looking for a RICS (or equivalent) Estates Surveyor ideally with MoD/DIO or Defence Estate experience.
The Estate Surveyor will be accountable for the delivery of an agreed programme of LMS outputs and advice across all customers but predominantly the Navy, as allocated by the Senior Estate Surveyor.
Main Duties on a mainly urban operational estate are to include: Delivery of an allocated programme of LMS (estate surveying) services and advice to include: Landlord & Tenant - lease management, granting & acquisition of leases, lease renewals, rent reviews, occasional use licences; valuations; wayleaves; easements; damage claims; bylaws; Town & Country Planning advice; estate rationalisation; minor disposals; and any other ad hoc land management issues as required. Provision of Professional Estate Surveying / Land Management casework and professional advice to MOD Customer and other stakeholders
As well as the specific experience required above you will have the necessary qualifications, skills & experience of an Estates Surveyor to take control of this requirement from inception to completion.
