Our busy client based in Corby, Northamptonshire specialise in Sound Solution and acoustic Technology all around the UK.

They are now looking to recruit for an Internal Customer Service/Administration Manager to help within their Sales Team.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• People Management Experience - Will be required to manage a Small but varied team of 2 x Sales Account Managers, 1 x Accounts Administrator and 1 x temporary Supply Chain Administrator
• Account Management Experience - There are a few sales accounts that will be handed over, will be required to maintain relationships, process orders etc
• Customer Service - both internal and external Customer Service will be required
• Understanding sales process - preparing sales analysis reports is required (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Holiday cover would be required for Sage 200 and other admin requirements
• CRM - Overseeing the CRM system will be required and you will be the liaison between us and CRM company
• Can do - will do attitude is almost the most important as the right person must be willing to do a variety of tasks
• Minimum 6 months cover (May be extended)
