You'll have a broad range of responsibilities, including;

* Line Management of the following service teams, Helpdesk; Reception and Pass issue; Stores and Armoury. Motor Transport and Communications Infrastructure Services technical & installation teams. With overall responsibility for mail and post; graphics and reprographics; office cleaning; cash and travel and administration services

* Ensure the implementation and adoption of safe working systems and practices for and a regime of trend analysis to optimise the efficient and cost effective management of the technical service functions

* Budget control, preparation of monthly forecasts and performance targets, first class organisational skills

We're looking for:

* Someone with experience in a similar role

* Competent management of complex management systems

* Excellent team working and problem solving capabilities

* Ability to manage a number of service simultaneously in accordance with the Northwood Service Level Agreement's and expectations of the client

* MoD experience would be advantageous

The successful candidate will have been continually resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to pass the required security clearance on site
