Herts for Learning's Business Management Service (BMS) provides specialist Business Management advice and consultancy to schools across Hertfordshire and the neighbouring counties. The service has links with the DfE and ISBL and its team are regularly asked to present their Business Management peers at a national level. Experienced consultants are responsible for delivering high quality BM support to schools on a peripatetic basis, as well as leading new initiatives, offering strategic expertise and providing training and facilitation to colleagues as required. Following the retirement of our existing colleague, we are looking for a Head of Business Management Services to take the mantel and drive this service forward, ensuring it is a core part of HfL's Business Services function. We can offer a face paced environment and strong leadership to help you achieve your three to five year strategy for the service.
