Maintenance Manager - 4* Hotel - Cambridge - GBP26,000 - GBP30,000pa
Platinum Recruitment's Front of House Division is currently representing a 4* hotel in Cambridge and have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Client
The hotel is a 4* branded property based in beautiful Cambridge with modern amenities and surroundings. The hotel itself is extremely popular throughout the week and weekends, with a combination of corporate and leisure guests. The hotel also includes health club and pool facilities.
Role
The hotel is looking for a Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the small maintenance team within a busy property.
You will be required to be a hands on manager, to lead the team and demonstrate creative thinking to solve any queries, and keep the operation running as smoothly as possible. You will be required to use a variety of trade skills - including electrical, plumbing, AC, small construction and repair, IT and painting and decorating. Experience in a fast paced environment, as well as strong Health and Safety / Admin background is preferential.
