MET Recruitment is an established GBP2M turnover Recruiter based in Stevenage with plans to expand further into London and Birmingham this year. We are looking for talented individuals to help develop our business further in the Hertfordshire area.
As a trainee you will learn about the recruitment industry from top to bottom through our refined and in-depth training programme delivered by experienced recruitment professionals.
Support is given throughout to nurture you into becoming a recruitment consultant running your own desk or a specialist resourcer for servicing managed accounts.
Good communication skills is a non-negotiable requirement as you will build your reputation through speaking with new and existing clients and candidates. We would like you to be sales driven with experience in B2C sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and searching for suitable candidates to meet the requirements of Temporary and Permanent Positions
* Developing new leads from websites, referrals, face to face meetings and networking with clients and candidates
* Building a successful client database through sales processes within a designated industry or geographic sector
* Using MET's CRM database to manage your clients and candidates effectively adhering to all current legislation
* Negotiate agreements and contracts and conduct presentations and tenders
