Production Assembler

Our client require a competent Production Assembler who can perform the
following job actions:-
A typical working day would include the following:-
Starting with cleaning the semi-finished products that you worked on the
previous day, after cleaning and priming the product, you will start
applying glue, and the product code with a laser jet printer onto the
product.
When the printing is finished, the connector goes into the over for 3
hours. You are then ready to start order picking for the next day. When
the product is out of the oven, you backfill the connector with silicon
sealant. After the product will be inspected by the Supervisor and then
passed through to the shipment department ready for shipping.
The role has lots of variety, there is no heavy lifting involved although
there may be occassional boxes received that might be a little heavier
than others.
SKILLS REQUIRED:-
You must have strong attention to detail, able to read and interpret
technical information such as work order assembly instructions,
specifications, diagrams
Basic Reading, Writing and arithmetic skills. Able to accurately count
parts, match part numbers, identify numbers on labels, bar codes. Perform
basic maths such as simple addition and subtraction.
Working Hours are 8.15am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
