We are actively recruiting for multiple Production Operative's to join a leading manufacturer based in Oxford.
As a Production Operative you will be responsible for picking, assembling, operating of machinery/robots and quality checking automotive parts in preparation for delivery.
Days of Work:
Monday to Friday with occasional over time during the week and weekends.
Rotational Shifts every two weeks:
Earlies: 06:00am to 14:00pm
Lates: 14:00pm to 22:00pm
Nights: 22:00pm to 06:00am
Pay:
Earlies - GBP10.00 per hour for the first 8 hours.
Lates - GBP11.25 per hour for the first 8 hours.
Nights - GBP12.50 per hour for the first 8 hours.
Overtime rates are applicable at an enhanced rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking parts
- Assembling parts
- Quality checking to ensure the product is up to standard and how it should be
- Warehouse housekeeping
- All other duties as requested by your team leader.

- Have the ability to work individually and as part of the team.
- Be able to take instruction and act upon requests.
This position as a Production Operative is long term on-going. There may be opportunities further down the line for the right candidates, with the right attitudes to be offered permanent contracts.
